Taiwan's night markets are renowned for their vibrant atmosphere and diverse selection of delicious street food. Here are some popular dishes and snacks you should definitely try when visiting a Taiwanese night market. Remember that these night markets can get crowded, especially during peak hours, so be prepared to explore, queue up for popular stalls, and enjoy the lively atmosphere while indulging in the diverse and delectable street food offerings. The must-try dishes include: • Stinky Tofu • Bubble Tea • Oyster Omelet • Taiwanese Fried Chicken • Gua Bao (Pork Belly Buns) • Grilled Squid • Scallion Pancakes • Grilled Corn • Fried Dumplings • Sausages • Taiwanese Hot Pot • Shaved Ice • Fried Tempura • Fruit Stalls. This package includes transportation from the Taipei train station to different night markets on two consecutive nights as well as all food and drinks during the tour.
